How do I order? Where are flavours?

FLAVOURS:
‘pronto’ cakes: there will be a drop down selection of set flavours.
custom order:  once you fill out our form we will send you our flavour list!

PLEASE NOTE: we only offer what is listed, if you wish to use a flavour from a tasting box you previously ordered, please mention this in your custom order enquiry form.

Can you deliver? Where is pickup?

Delivery:  all over melbourne and out of melbourne on special occasions.
Cost of delivery will factor in distance from our coburg studio, tolls, parking etc.

Pickup: our studio in Coburg North 3058

How do I select a delivery date and time?

‘Pronto’ cakes: once you head to checkout, there will be a selection of available dates and times

Custom order: we will discuss this during our consultation, we will do our best to be flexible and coordinate with the venue to deliver before your event.

How much will my order be?

‘Pronto’ cakes are automatically calculated once you select your customisations.

Custom orders will be calculated after an enquiry form is filled, we will chat and confirm all details with you and then send a quote.

Can I get a bigger size in a Pronto cake?

Click here to order a custom cake. We can create any of our ‘pronto’ cake designs into a bigger size cake or alternative flavour however  this will require a custom order.

How many days notice for orders?

‘Pronto’ cakes: 48h from order date and time.

Custom order: Usually 2 weeks notice, please enquire and we may be able to help you out sooner!

How do I cancel / post pone or change date?

Please refer to our terms and conditions and read thoroughly

How much deposit to secure my booking?

50% non-refundable deposit which will secure your spot and allow for us to organise and order any specialty items and/or prepare knowing we will be covered in the case that you wish to cancel.

Can I change my order?

Certain circumstances this is not possible, however please read our terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: this may incur a cost increase from your current quote/invoice price. If this change needs more time/labour and/or expenses to amend your changes.
